Deployment
During the deployment phase, we install both the solution and the hardware. We also configure all the equipment and customise the solution. We provide training for your users to cover all your requirements (sensor management, solution commissioning and administrator management, and use of the application).
Monitoring
We support you throughout your project via kick-off meetings, steering commitees and project commitees. We provide support for the solution. We automatically install updates whenever a new version of our software is released. Diagnostics and maintenance checks are carried out remotely, without any action required on your part.
